Module 1: Getting Started with Excelee This module introduces the basics of Excel, covering the structure of the working area, navigation techniques, and an overview of ribbons, tabs, and the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT). Participants wi learn about dialog boxes, task panes, customizing ribbons and QAT, understanding active ces, and using ALT shortcuts for enhanced productivity.
This module focuses on managing sheets and workbooks, entering data into ces, understanding ce references, and performing simple arithmetic calculations. Participants wi also learn alignment techniques, number formatting, and how to use Autofi and custom lists for efficient data entry.
In this module, participants wi explore Excel"s formatting tools, including alignments, font types, styles, borders, fis, colors, and shading. They wi also learn how to use the Format Painter and change ce styles to make their data visuay appealing and professional.
This module covers ce address nomenclature, selecting and managing ces/ranges, and using advanced tools like Paste Special and Go To Special. Participants wi also learn to add comments, perform quick analysis, and use Find and Replace effectively.
Learn to navigate through worksheets, rename and color-code them, and manage sheet visibility. This module also includes splitting panes, freezing panes, comparing sheets side-by-side, and saving or opening workbooks for efficient worksheet management.
This module introduces creating tables, exploring their unique features, using structured references, and leveraging slicers for better data analysis within Excel tables.
